Hello everyone
Hope your labor day weekend was safe.
I will start out with my last few days activity.
I did some swimming yesterday and felt pretty good afterward.
Today, I went biking with a friend and biked 17 miles. We have not biked in three weeks and we were out of time so we were happy with that.
We then ran an easy (very easy) three miles with some walking in there.
Then I went and ran another three with some faster older guys. One is 70 years old and the other is 55 years old. I look up to these guys who were on a cool down run. I stayed with then for 2.5 of the three miles.
My hamstring muscle was getting sore so I had to walk most of the last half mile. I will be a little sore tomorrow but it is a good soreness!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been taking the supplements Dr. Davis recommended for over three weeks now and I can report that I have no stomach or side effects at all which is good. I do spread out the omega 3 and the vitamin D between two meals during the early day(9am and 12:30) That is my meal schedule at work. That is about it for now.
